I was on a weekend cruise from Miami and was trying to figure out something to do in Nassau on our second day. I was lucky to find this excursion for my family which included toddlers and teens. The boat ride to Pearl Island was very relaxing with beautiful scenery. The boat was big enough for guests to sit down, at least in my excursion. It was a 30 minute ride. The island was very picturesque. The water was every amazing hue of blue and green. The palm tress and even the structures built on the island were just out of a movie. It was very private, everyone could spread out and it was very relaxing. There were many lounge chairs, sofas and canopies to sit under. There were a few water mats, a couple of kayaks and paddle board. They also had some sand toys for the little ones. These items were limited but when I went there were few people on the island. The food was alright. Not five stars but I did enjoy the chicken drumsticks and the kids were happy with chicken strips and fries. The outside bar area and the bartender, Andrew were the BEST. He mixed cocktails for everyone with happiness and i felt so relaxed. This little island is a secret in the Bahamas and I was so happy we found this tiny slice of paradise.
The experience was nice to hang out on the beach. There isn’t very much shade, so expect to sit in the sun for the most part, u less you get lucky to find shade. Lunch was Bahamian chicken, fried fish, rice, cole slaw, and tea. It was tasty!
First time for my wife and kids to snorkel, was the perfect trip for it. The lunch and beach were equally amazing!
We had a great time with our children at Pearl Island. The staff is great and food tastes very good!
What a beautiful island, we had so much fun in the water and lunch was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I want to come back and stay in the private cabana and have a butler for the day! Highly recommended!
That's a truly highlight in Nassau. A small paradise with awesome food and great staff. And the ocean ...just amazing. A must do in Nassau! I can't wait to be back.
