Such a fantastic excursion! Being able to have this personalized experience as a family was well worth the cost of the excursion. Captain Bodie was an excellent guide. Snorkeling, swimming with turtles and spending time on a beautiful beach away from any crowds made this the best day yet in our Bahamas adventure!! Thank you for a great afternoon!!
Awesome day. Captain Bodie was wonderful. Very informative and friendly. We all thought he was the best guide we could have asked for. His boat was clean with plenty of room for all five of us. Love the private relaxed tour. We swam with sea turtles!!! It was awesome!!! It was so cool to see them in there own environment. Never felt rushed. The next stop was a sugar white beach with a beautiful reef near by. We saw beautiful, colorful fish and plant life. Sooo cool. Once again, no rush. Very relaxing. Great day. Great Captain

I had to get in touch with the company to confirm how to arrange transportation a few days before our excursion. I was concerned about meeting up since we were travelling in on a cruise without cell service. Desiree has her own car service and got in touch with me via what's app before we departed the ship with our wifi and gave very detailed directions on where to meet her. She was a pro and I highly recommend her for anyone needing Nassau transportation. We were dropped off at the marina about 5 min away where Capt Bodie met us. Bodie was excellent and was open to how we wanted our snorkeling outing to look. We wanted to know that we could just go park on an island if need be as some of our crew tends to get sea sick. We first went to snorkel over a fabulous reef and swam with the turtles. We then went and relaxed at Rose Island where the peacocks were roaming around. He gave us lots of interesting insight and information on different landmarks and houses as we passed them including Michael Jordan and Tiger Wood's properties. We knew we weren't getting a top of the line boat based on reviews. We really just wanted a "boat taxi" to get us to our desired destinations. Needless to say, the engine on this boat was way too small for the size of the boat. (Picture Harry and Lloyd on the Dumb and Dumber scooter). In perfect conditions, it got the job done, but I would be concerned if weather was an issue or if you were on a tight tight schedule. The boat itself was the size of my dad's ski boat back home, but the engine was not the original. Would we do it again? Absolutely. We got to snorkel the same GREAT reef and swim with the same turtles that the people in the nice boats did. Although, I would probably try to pay a little more and get a bigger boat if possible. Also, bring your own fins if you like fins. The masks and snorkels provided worked great, but no fins were available. I wish I had known as we had ours on the ship. We really liked Bodie and are so glad we did this outing.
