!!!Lis!!!, tour guide was amazing! Very well paced tour, even though it was hotter than blazes. Lisa knew when to slow it down at the stops for us to recover in the AC. WE have been on more than 20 excursions while on a cruise, and this one certainly ranks in the top three. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. The conch chowder at the Athena Restaurant was amzing

Great Nassau Walking and Food Tour! Baha Bre was informative and entertaining!! The food stops were a great cultural introduction to Bahamian cuisine and left us very satisfied! We recommend this to anyone looking to get some steps in, and have their tummies filled with amazing food!

Great choice if you like learning about history, culture and trying authentic local food. Our tour guide Baha Bre was amazing. Her sweet, bubbly personality was great but she was also knowledgeable about the island. My husband is not one to always try new food but he liked everything he tried. I would recommend this tour and ask for Baha Bre!

Really great tour, good variety of stops with different kinds of food. One of the only multi stop tours I've been on abroad that didn't have tourist traps built in. We ended up at a variety of places that we wouldn't have found on our own or without a lot of research. Good option to hit multiple places in a short period of time. Guide was knowledgeable and kind!

The food was excellent . Very tasting and filling . Mark was funny and very knowledgeable about the food and culture. Had a lot of fun that day. The Bahamian restaurant was 1st . started off with some history then a plate of delicious food tasting . Next stop was the greek conch soup. New experience for me . We then had chocolate , then conch burgers and finished with some rum punch . We also visited a home that a pirate purchased. Great history lessons .

This tour was amazing and our tour guide Will was extremely knowledgeable. He clearly loves his culture and did a fantastic job sharing it with our group. He has tons of energy and patiently answered all of the questions we could think of. The food tastings were delicious, and he accommodated to various food preferences/restrictions without difficulty. We ended up going back to some of the restaurants on our tour because the food was so good! Highly recommend this experience!

I cannot recommend this tour enough!! Mark was so knowledgeable and friendly and took us to super amazing local places. I feel like we got to taste some Bahamian classics and we learned so much about the history of the country and the area. It was super easy to find the meeting point. You leave feeling full and happy and if you’re on a cruise, you have plenty of time to shop and go back to places after!! Thank you guys for everything!!

We loved the tour! Princess did a great job ushering us around a very busy city (6 cruise ships were docked). The food was fantastic - offered a slice of authentic Bahamian cuisine. The tour of the Graycliffe hotel was the highlight. Beautiful historic hotel with quite the colorful history.

Our guide princess was well informed. The tour was timed beautifully as we had our largest meal first at one of Bahamas first family operated restaurant, serving authentic, bohemian food. We participated in a very nice punch/bohemian cocktail at another restaurant, followed by a tour through a chocolate factory, where their chocolates are handmade
We toured the Gray Cliff house, which was previously owned by a pirate, who retired and ran this hotel - restaurant, which is frequented by movie stars and musicians. it is known for its wine cellar, which holds thousands of dollars worth of wine. Our tour finished with conch chowder at a Greek restaurant on Bay Street and rum cake at one of the local stores on Bay Street. It was very rummy!

Mark made this food tour one to remember. He was an excellent guide; friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. He knew so much about his island. The food was excellent. Our favorite stop was the authentic Bahamian cuisine. It started the tour off just right. You get a copy of some recipes at the end of the tour and I’m going to try to duplicate the chicken dish. Thanks Mark for an incredible afternoon.

Captain Ron was a great and interactive tour guide. He provided lots of information about the Bahamas and the food we tasted. It was a fun walking food tour that I would highly recommend to anyone spending the day, looking for some history about the Bahamas, and tasting some good authentic Bahamian food! Whoop whoop!!

What a great tour this was, Lisa, our guide was brilliant. She taught us so much about Bahamian culture and its history. We tried a number of different foods and drinks, saw some spectacular places and learnt a lot about the old buildings in Nassau which stem from its origins. Would very much recommend the tour. Don't forget to put trainers on as you will fo some walking, obviously interspersed either food and drink stops. My favourite place on the tour was thd Towne Hotel.

We highly enjoyed this tour, and our tour guide LISA was AMAZING! The food was delicious, but more than that Lisa really brought the Bahamian culture to life with her wonderful explanations of the history of the culture there. I feel we actually got more than we bargained for and highly recommend taking this tour!

Our tour was fantastic. Baha Bree was great - walked us through the food, the culture and her own experiences here in the Bahamas. Every stop was unique, local and had a new taste for us to try. My personal favorite was the conch fritters, although the chocolate was a pretty close second. Highly recommended!

Lisa was a great tour guide!! She was full of energy, information, recipes, funny anecdotes, and always a huge smile! The downtown area was setting up for a new year's event, and temporary bleachers were lining the main street, obstructing the view of the meeting place at Rawson Square. But there were plenty of local guides to help direct us to the right area. Once we found Lisa, she welcomed us with open arms.
Lisa made all aspects of this tour, from the food to the sites very interesting for people of all ages on the tour. We also had 3 dietary restrictions in our group - 1 gluten free person, 1 dairy free person, and one person who couldn't eat shellfish. The tour company and restaurants did a great job accommodating each of our needs.

This was an amazing tour! The food was great and hearing the history of the Bahamas was an added bonus! Our tour guide, Bahama Bre, made the experience personable, educational and memorable! My family and I would definitely refer friends and family.

This was a great tour to get a sense of Bahamian Nassau history and taste good food. The walk was easy, our guide Mark was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was just the right portions so you could go to 6 stops and not feel too full. The Greycliff hotel was impressive and all in all a great way to spend 3 hours. Highly recommend.

This is such a good tour.
Our guide, Lisa was already waiting for us at the arranged spot and we knew very quickly that that this was going to be a great experience as she put us at ease immediately and had our full attention from the off.
The six stops on the trip were fantastic and some of them not what we’d expected. We got to sample a lot of amazing food and drinks.
We have learnt so much about the local history, culture and food of this beautiful island.

Was a great tour, and Bahamas Brie was very knowledgeable, engaging, and fun! As a vegetarian, there were more limited options but the food was still good. We ended up taking longer at some stops, so the end was a bit rushed but overall would recommend as a great intro to the city.

We had a very great time enjoying the food, scenery, and history of Nassau. Our tour guide was very friendly and informative. My wife and I were looking for something to inform us about Nassau and this was better than most museums we tried. The food was not as much as expected. Think of 6 small bites spread out over a few hours. While delicious, I was still hungry afterward.
Good introduction to traditional Bahamian food and culture but could be better coordinated.

The tour was educational and we had a good experience learning more about the culture. Our tour guide, she introduced herself as Baha Bre, was very nice but another tour guide named krista joined unannounced and was quite awkward. The food at Bahamian Cooking was delicious but the tour guides continuously pushed us to upgrade to the drink package. We felt the food stops could have been better coordinated, we often waited 30 mins once we got to a location to receive food or drinks. Most locations miscounted and did not have enough food or drinks for our group of 12
